1. Introduction

This policy governs exchange, buyback, repair, resizing, and warranty for online orders made through Pachchigar & Sons Jewellers [Snehalbhai].

2. Eligibility

This policy applies to all online customers. If the buyer is a minor, a guardian’s consent is required.

3. 7-Day Exchange Policy

Customers are eligible for a 100% exchange on invoice value (including GST) within 7 days of purchase. If the replacement item has a higher value, the price difference must be paid.

4. Exchanges Outside 7 Days

For exchanges made after the 7-day window, valuation will be determined as follows:

 
• Metal Value: Net Metal Weight × prevailing market rate.
 
• Labor, Semi-Precious Stone & GST Charges: 100% deducted.
 
• CVD/Lab-Grown Diamonds: 100% retained (whichever is lower — market or invoice value).
 
• Natural Stones: 20% deducted.

5. Buyback & Lifetime Exchange

Lifetime buyback and exchange are available on all Pachchigar & Sons Jewellers [Snehalbhai] products, subject to current valuation rules.

6. Exclusions & Conditions

 
• Applies to online purchases only.
 
• Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
 
• Original invoice and authenticity certificates must be presented.
 
• Customers are responsible for shipping charges beyond the 7-day exchange window.
 
• Unlimited exchanges are permitted under this policy.

7. Repairs & Resizing

Repair and resizing services are available. Charges may apply for material replacement or additional labor.

8. Warranty & Manufacturing Defects

All products carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty excludes damages resulting from misuse, accidents, or regular wear and tear.

9. International Orders

International orders are prepaid only. All customs duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

10. Product Authenticity

All jewellery pieces come with proper hallmarking and certification. Any tampering or alteration with these certifications will void eligibility under this policy.

11. Transparency Commitment

All valuations are conducted as per the prevailing market rates to ensure full transparency and fairness.
